Wastewater treatment for industries

Zuko will study and provide solutions in every context. For instance, in case of industrial pollutants, it is often required to install a pre-treatment station before a biological treatment and discharge in surface water.

For suspended matters and emulsion or heavy metals, we suggest :

• A classical physico-chemical treatment with our supplier EFA Chemie
• A physico-chemical electrolytic treatment (Zuk-O-Cler Electro) based on the SOLVIN process

The main treatment with fixed bed biomass or activated sludge (as described at "Technical principles of the Zuk-O Pur LF process") can then be implemented.

Finally, a third treatment can sometime be necessary, like biological denitrification, phosphorous removal, quality improvement with membrane technology, disinfection (UV, membranes)...

• Filtration systems
• pH regulation
• Screens and combs (automatic or manual, vertical or horizontal) to take away garbage and material from large pipes or deep canals
• Oil and grease separators, with or without degradation of the organic matter
