COLLECTION AND USE OF RAIN WATER

Zuko provides and installs your tank to collect and store rain water, as well as all the required equipment.

According to your needs, available space and collection capacity of your building, we suggest tank of 5 m³, 10 m³or more. You can also choose the type of pump (submerged or external pump), select specific filters (production of water for toilets, washing machines, bathroom, from an industrial process), automation, diversion of water from the public system into the rain water system in case of drought.

FILTRATION (AND/OR PRODUCTION OF DRINKING WATER) OF RAIN WATER

For quality improvement of rain water, we provide and install:

• Floating strainer (230 µ for instance)
• Self-cleaning filter for river catchment
• Sediment filters to be placed downstream the pump
• Odours and colour removal with activated charcoal granulates
• Disinfection with UV (pathogenic bacteria)
• Reverse osmosis (production of drinking water for human usage)
• Membrane techniques for production of drinking water after treatment
• Sand filter for high flows
• Filtration before storage (we don’t recommend this equipment as it is difficult to maintain)
